# Configure Domino

> Deployment-wide settings behind Projects, Compute Environments, data, models, Data Planes, AI Gateway, and notifications.

Platform configuration covers the settings that apply to the whole deployment rather than to one Project: the defaults new users inherit, the Environments and Data Planes their workloads run on, and the platform-level controls behind deployed models.
