# Save work in a Workspace

When you click **Save** in the IDE of your workspace, your work is saved in the workspace.

  Saving your work does not push it to the [Domino project’s](/cloud/platform-capabilities/core-concepts/projects/manage-dfs-projects) Domino File System (DFS). To push the changes, you must synchronize your work to Domino.
