Attachments are the technical assets and artifacts linked to a bundle. They provide the objective proof required for stakeholders to validate and approve a project.

Linked assets

These are the primary objects being governed. An asset appears here once you’ve associated it with the bundle from its page in Domino:
  • Models and model endpoint versions
  • Apps
  • Agents
  • Files

Supporting evidence

These artifacts provide the technical context and justification for the responses in the Evidence notebook:
  • Files: Uploaded PDFs, validation reports, or whitepapers
  • Data: Domino datasets files or snapshots
  • NetApp Volumes: Files or snapshots

Flow artifact files

A Flow can attach selected output files to named bundles automatically. In the Flow definition, identify the output files and the destination bundle names. After the Flow runs, Domino records each file as a bundle attachment with its Flow execution details. You can also attach output files after a Flow runs:
  1. Open the Flow run and select the Artifacts tab.
  2. Select Attach to bundle for one file, or select multiple files and use the bulk action.
  3. Select one or more destination bundles and confirm the attachment.
Domino identifies each Flow artifact attachment as automatic or manual. Attaching the same output from the same Flow execution again doesn’t create a duplicate.
